General Requirements 

• Adult volunteers must be 18 years of age and graduated from high school or equivalent

• Must be able to pass a background check (for questions regarding any issues, please contact us.)

• Able to communicate well in English (second language skills are a plus.)

• Complete the entire volunteer interest form 

• Attend a 1-hour orientation session

After submitting your interest form

1. Forms can take up to 10 business days to process. 

2. Once your application has been processed, we will contact you to arrange an appointment for a personal interview.  If you have not heard from us within 10 business days, please call us.

3. We will discuss a volunteer role that will be fulfilling for you and meet the needs of our Empower Camps of Texas family.
